It gives us great pleasure to announce that GSG consultant Andrea Camden, based in California, has been awarded our sixth annual Carol Ornstein Legacy Achievement Award (COLA) for Outstanding Achievement in the Consulting Arts.
This award was created in 2019 in honor of long-time GSG Consultant Carol Ornstein to celebrate and recognize GSG consultants that display the best qualities that we are known for in the market – providing top-notch delivery and value to our clients while embodying GSG’s values of Relationships, Integrity, Consistency, Quality, Diversity, Efficiency and Community.
When presented with the award, Andrea shared, “Working for GSG has been the best decision for me. After making sure the client needs are fully met, I’ve had the freedom to make work-life choices and bring my best self to work each and every day. Trust and communication are essential to a successful partnership and GSG always delivers!”

The COLA award is part of GSG’s consultant recognition program and is awarded every year to recognize the special blend of art and science required to deliver successful outcomes for our clients, partners and employees. In addition to being recognized and honored as a leader in her field and an incredible consultant, GSG will provide Andrea with a gift card of $500, a continuing education grant of $1000, and the GSG Cola Award!
