It is with great pleasure that we announce that Sowmya Nagarajan, based in California has been awarded the fifth annual Carol Ornstein Legacy Achievement (COLA) Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Consulting Arts.
This award was created in 2019 to celebrate the GSG Consultants that display the best qualities that we are known for in the market, providing top-notch delivery and value for our clients while embodying GSG’s values of Relationships, Integrity, Consistency, Quality, Diversity, Efficiency and Community.
Sowmya is a tenured GSG consultant who started her career with the firm as a Senior Business Analyst in 2016. In her current role as a Business Initiatives Program Manager, she has proven valuable in her contributions.
When presented with the award, Sowmya shared, “I would like to extend my sincere thanks to GSG for managing the overall engagement, as well as rewarding my work and deliverables. Working with GSG has always been a pleasure, they are a great partner, they have time and again helped ensure that the project meets the consultants’ expectations.”

The COLA award is a part of GSG’s consultant recognition program and is awarded every year to recognize the special blend of art and science required to deliver successful outcomes for our clients, partners and employees. In addition to being recognized and honored as a leader in his field and an incredible consultant, GSG will also provide Sowmya with a gift card of $500, a continuing education grant of $1000, and the GSG COLA Award!
