It is with great pleasure that we announce that MaryAnn Maineri, based in the Bay Area has been awarded the fourth annual Carol Ornstein Legacy Achievement (COLA) Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Consulting Arts.

This award was created in 2019 to celebrate the GSG Consultants that display the best qualities that we are known for in the market, providing top-notch delivery and value for our clients while embodying GSG’s values of Relationships, Integrity, Consistency, Quality, Diversity, Efficiency and Community.

MaryAnn has worked with a variety of GSG business partners since her initial engagement in 2009, putting her array of Learning & Development, Training, Change Management and Project Management talents to work. Her empathy and innate understanding of people paired with her practical knowledge of what it takes for an organization to function smoothly has empowered our clients to navigate implementations, upgrades and other major changes without skipping a beat.

As a long-time consultant with GSG, MaryAnn has left her mark on several major initiatives at leading financial institutions around the country. In her current engagement, our business partner shared that he can “sleep better at night,” thanks to everything she brings to the table. Within the firm, MaryAnn is known for her strong work ethic, matter-of-fact delivery and positive spirit.

When presented with the award, MaryAnn shared, “It’s quite an honor to be recognized by the GSG leadership with the COLA award. It was a pleasant surprise. The COLA award is a part of GSG’s consultant recognition program and is awarded every year to recognize the special blend of art and science required to deliver successful outcomes for our clients, partners and employees. In addition to being recognized and honored as a leader in his field and an incredible consultant, GSG will also provide MaryAnn with a gift card of $500, a continuing education grant of $1000, and the GSG COLA Award!
