Becky’s passion in life for the last decade or so has become to help people feel as good as they can in their own bodies. She received a bachelor’s degree in psychology, became a NASM certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, she has been fascinated by the mind/body connection.
Yoga has become an integral part of her life and loves to share how it can change other’s lives as well. Whether you are active or mostly sedentary, no matter what age or skill level, high stress or worry free, Becky firmly believes yoga is for everybody.
