Dr. Sarah Skidmore, DSL, MA (she/her/hers) – Skidmore Consulting LLC
Dr. Sarah Skidmore, DSL, MA (she/her/hers) is a leadership development consultant, leadership futurist, and leadership training provider. She works directly with organizations, teams, and leaders by providing creative leadership solutions to maximize their potential, bolster their impact, and cultivate a positive human experience.
Dr. Sarah’s passion for the future of leadership, work, and learning drives the perspective she brings to organizations. Her inclusive leadership and strengths-based approach impact her leadership training and leadership consulting. Dr. Sarah is currently based in Orlando, FL, and partners with clients worldwide interested in developing international leadership skills and developing strategic leadership skills. She is at the forefront of the intersection of innovation, leadership, and strategy. Dr. Sarah holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership, Master of Arts in Public Policy, and Bachelor of Arts in Marketing & International Business. Dr. Sarah is a 2020 Emerging Fellow with the Association of Professional Futurists and European Futures Observatory and holds a Professional Certificate in Foresight from the University of Houston.

She frequently contributes to publications such as Consulting Magazine, Construction Executive, and Association of Professional Futurists.
Dr. Sarah Skidmore wrote the curriculum and workbook, Stronger People Leaders: A Leader Development Solution, designed for today’s leaders. Using principles of inclusive leadership and strengths-based approach, Stronger People Leaders is a pioneering solution that emphasizes the importance of the thinking and roles of a people leader. Dr. Sarah delivers the Stronger People Leaders curriculum to groups through interactive discussions, lectures, and coaching.

Jamie Boasso, CWWS, NB-HWC – Cigna
As an Engagement Consultant, Jamie is responsible for driving wellness program development and delivery to Cigna clients through education and engagement. Jamie joined Cigna in January 2019 and has worked in the health and wellness industry for over two decades She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University, is a Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Her other certifications and passions are in group fitness and personal training.
Jamie’s experience in health and wellness is broad, ranging from managing the Safeway Corporate Headquarters Fitness Center and Wellness Outreach, one on one health coaching for weight and stress management, leading group exercise classes to developing and maintaining a full scale onsite wellness program for the employees at NorthBay Hospital. Jamie is passionate about helping companies and their employees find a way to make healthy living doable, enjoyable and sustainable.
