
I am thrilled to announce that Satish Subramanian has joined the leadership ranks at Granite Solutions Groupe as Executive Director of Professional Services. I have had the pleasure to work with Satish for many years where he has used his knowledge, expertise, and human connection talents to deliver key initiatives for our clients.
In his new role at GSG Satish will be leading internal initiatives to take the GSG client experience to the next level, along with guiding the development of several practices within the firm including Technology, Digital and Business Transformation.
Satish is a digital and business transformation expert, seasoned practitioner, executive trainer, thought leader, and speaker. His 30 plus years of management and technology consulting leadership has resulted in tangible value creation for F500 companies in the financial services, health care, high tech, and manufacturing sectors. His multi-edition book on Transforming Business has received rave reviews globally.
Prior to joining GSG, Satish held executive-level positions at Ernst & Young, Infosys, Point B, Solomon Edwards, and Cambridge Technology Partners. He has advised companies on transformation, digital, strategy, operations, agile, and strategic change and delivered sustainable results. He has led customer experience, growth, cost, compliance, product, and rationalization initiatives. As an Adjunct Faculty at my Alma Mater Golden Gate University’s School of Business, he teaches graduate-level courses in Portfolio and Program Management.
Satish holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA (Sales and Marketing) from the University of Mumbai and an MBA (Management Information Systems) from the California Lutheran University. He is Program Management and Project Management certified by the Project Management Institute and Change Management certified by Prosci.
His non-work interests include long distance day hikes, backpacking, camping, playing cricket, family time, traveling, watching Bollywood movies, and volunteering in the community.

John Henning is the Chief Client Officer at Granite Solutions Groupe. He has over 35 years of leadership experience in the financial services and technology industries, and currently oversees all client account management, professional services, marketing strategy, business development and sales operations for GSG.
