We are excited to announce that Rahul Malani, based in Massachusetts, has been named Consultant of the Quarter!

Rahul started his career with the firm as a Digital Product Channel Manager and has been with GSG for 6 months and in that short time has proven invaluable in his contributions with our client.  Our client partner shared that Rahul joined the team at a critical juncture of a complex project and commented “Not only did Rahul hit the ground running but quickly took lead in several components of the project.  Rahul’s contributions have made it possible to keep the project on schedule. He stepped up to the challenge in various capacities, including helping lead a group to replace a decision engine platform within a tight timeline while working on two other components of the program in parallel.”

Our client partner told us “Rahul has the ability to quickly learn new subject matter and has successfully collaborated and fostered teamwork with a diverse team he is working with for the first time.  He is excellent at independently working on complex functions with a large team and manages meetings with vendors and stakeholders when necessary, ensuring an appropriate level of communication is maintained.  These skills are commendable for someone who is new to the team.  Rahul has been great at identifying areas of risk, resource needs, dependencies and unique use cases”.

When presented with the award, Rahul shared, “I am enjoying every minute working on this project, and I am happy to represent GSG at a top-notch high caliber client.  Getting regular feedback from the client via GSG is motivating me to go above and beyond.”

Please join us in congratulating Rahul Malani on his many achievements within our client and consultant community.
