We are thrilled to announce that GSG Consultant Pradeep Narra has been named Consultant of the Quarter!

Pradeep has been working with GSG since April 2018, supporting a large scale initiative as a Markit EDM Subject Matter Expert at our financial services client in the Bay Area. From the beginning, he set himself apart with his unique combination of top-notch technical skills and business acumen.

On the technical side, Pradeep has earned high praise from his peers and project leaders, with one client partner sharing that Pradeep is among “a special class of developers,” whose initial work is most of the time error-free. “Technical excellence combined with humility is a quality few possess, but I can certainly say that Pradeep fits this description,” our client shared.

This humility translates into exceptional communication and teambuilding skills, another area where Pradeep excels. His current role involves a distributed team across different time zones and geography, and he has gone “above and beyond” to listen to everyone’s points of view and coordinate work accordingly. Additionally, “Pradeep participates in key design decisions, identifying possible issues and proposing solutions, which has benefited us tremendously,” his manager told us.

When presented with the award, Pradeep told us he’s had a “great experience working with such a professional team at GSG,” and said the regular feedback from the client and talent team at GSG has helped him deliver his best for our client. We love supporting excellent consultants like Pradeep and are so glad to have him on the team!

Please join us in congratulating Pradeep on his many achievements within our client and consultant community.
