Today, I’m thrilled to share that Christian Burgin is our April GSG Consultant of the Month award recipient.
Christian has worked as a GSG consultant supporting a Marketing Capabilities initiative since March 2018. His go-getter attitude, adaptability and stellar interpersonal skills has made him the “go-to person for tough executive communications,” according to his manager, who added that his “great mix of analytical skills and strategic vision” has led to his increased responsibility on her team. She went on to say, “Christian is a joy to work with. He is fully capable of switching projects quickly and adapts to new challenges seamlessly. Christian exemplifies professionalism, contributes value every day, and has been continuously improving and refining his skills since joining our program.”
For his part, Christian shared his own enthusiasm for the role and said he “really enjoys working with the team” at our client. The GSG Consultant of the Month Award is bestowed upon consultants who are nominated by our clients, consultants and employees, and who achieve the highest overall quantitative rankings in terms of how they meet their deliverables and foster a creative, productive and collaborative work environment. Additional subjective, qualitative criteria is included in the evaluation of nominees based on how they deal with others, including client and GSG team members, the impressions they make and the extra things they do to ensure a successful client experience.
