We are delighted to announce that GSG Consultant Norman Lee has been awarded the second annual Carol Ornstein Legacy Achievement (COLA) Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Consulting Arts.
This award was created in 2019 to celebrate the GSG Consultants that display the best qualities that we are known for in the market, providing top-notch delivery and value for our clients while embodying GSG’s values of Relationships, Integrity, Consistency, Quality, Diversity, Efficiency and Community.
Norman has been working with GSG since 2012 and has supported successful initiatives working alongside our business partners at several client engagements over the years. He possesses both phenomenal interpersonal and verbal communication skills and excels in business environments that are driven from a collaborative approach.
From his first engagement with GSG as a Senior Consultant and Business Systems Analyst, it was clear that his hard work and dedication to our clients would result in a long, fruitful partnership. Over the years, a great deal of mutual respect has been cultivated, and he’s played an integral role for us when working at both established and new clients. When he started his current engagement as a Technical Project Manager at an investment firm in San Francisco last year, he was the third of many GSG consultants that have helped establish GSG’s reputation for quality and consistency. His exemplary work has earned praise from every client team he’s supported.

The COLA award is a part of GSG’s consultant recognition program and is awarded every year after the Academy Awards to recognize the special blend of art and science required to deliver successful outcomes for our clients, partners and employees. In addition to being recognized and honored as a leader in his field and an incredible consultant, GSG will also provide Norman with as gift card of $500, a continuing education grant of $1000, and the GSG COLA Award!
