About the Opportunity:

GSG is seeking a highly skilled Technical Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and user needs to identify opportunities for enhancement or innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and system designs, providing clear and actionable guidance to development teams.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and quality assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to refine and improve product functionality, usability, and performance.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to internal teams and clients, serving as a subject matter expert on products and solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, computer science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a business analyst in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of financial products, markets, and regulations.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data from multiple sources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as requirements elicitation, process mapping, and data modeling.
