About the Opportunity:

GSG is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in running client reporting, possessing comprehensive knowledge across all facets of reporting processes. They should have a proven track record of retooling, building from conception, and/or implementing client reporting systems. This individual will be responsible for driving projects to completion, with a focus on delivering code completeness by the end of the year, including the execution of phases 1, 2, and 3. Furthermore, they will play a pivotal role in the launch of the Internet of Things (IOT) project in 2026, ensuring its seamless integration with existing reporting systems.


  • Lead and manage project and program-level initiatives related to client reporting.
  • Oversee all aspects of client reporting, including retooling, building from conception, and implementation.
  • Ensure timely completion of project phases, with a specific focus on achieving code completeness by the end of the year.
  • Drive the critical path to phase 2, including the tear-down of existing systems where necessary.
  • Execute phase 1, involving the development of new architecture and data structures.
  • Implement phase 2, which entails rewriting reports to align with business requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with data governance teams and DevOps teams.
  • Work collaboratively across various business units to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Undertake a leadership position within the organization, directing projects and supervising consultants who report to the role.
  • Operate at a senior level, demonstrating leadership and expertise in project management and client reporting.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and make decisions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing project and program-level initiatives, preferably in the realm of client reporting.
  • Extensive knowledge of client reporting processes and systems, with a strong track record of successful implementations.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership abilities, capable of driving projects forward and motivating team members.
  • Experience working with data governance and DevOps teams is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Asana.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
