About the Opportunity:

GSG is seeking a Sr.Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Enterprise Vendor Management team supports strategic initiatives and firm-wide objectives through the global management of labor and non-labor vendors for the purpose of delivering high quality vendor products and services to grow our investment management business, while optimizing the total cost of ownership.

Responsibilities:

Lead sourcing efforts to develop competitive, cost-effective procurement strategies.
Oversee the RFQ process, ensuring it aligns with business needs from preparation to execution.
Draft, negotiate, and renew contracts, including MSAs and NDAs, ensuring compliance with policies.
Develop strategies to optimize supplier performance through effective category management.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate collaboration and performance evaluations.
Work with business stakeholders, vendors, and legal teams to align procurement objectives.
Mentor and motivate team members to foster high performance and continuous improvement.
Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and streamline procurement processes.
Oversee supplier onboarding, sourcing events, contract uploads, and invoice management.
Analyze procurement data to create metrics for strategic reporting to senior management.
Leverage procurement tools like Coupa to improve operational efficiency and drive adoption.
Ensure adherence to global vendor management policies, procedures, and SLAs.
Identify and address issues related to contract pricing and supplier maintenance.
Lead efforts to increase automation and improve speed to market in procurement activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret procurement data and generate actionable insights.
Proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments, with a focus on team development and performance.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
