About the Opportunity:

GSG is seeking a Sr.Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic team. The Enterprise Vendor Management team supports strategic initiatives and firm-wide objectives through the global management of labor and non-labor vendors for the purpose of delivering high quality vendor products and services to grow our investment management business, while optimizing the total cost of ownership.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead sourcing efforts to develop competitive, cost-effective procurement strategies.
  • Oversee the RFQ process, ensuring it aligns with business needs from preparation to execution.
  • Draft, negotiate, and renew contracts, including MSAs and NDAs, ensuring compliance with policies.
  • Develop strategies to optimize supplier performance through effective category management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate collaboration and performance evaluations.
  • Work with business stakeholders, vendors, and legal teams to align procurement objectives.
  • Mentor and motivate team members to foster high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and streamline procurement processes.
  • Oversee supplier onboarding, sourcing events, contract uploads, and invoice management.
  • Analyze procurement data to create metrics for strategic reporting to senior management.
  • Leverage procurement tools like Coupa to improve operational efficiency and drive adoption.
  • Ensure adherence to global vendor management policies, procedures, and SLAs.
  • Identify and address issues related to contract pricing and supplier maintenance.
  • Lead efforts to increase automation and improve speed to market in procurement activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, and contract management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret procurement data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments, with a focus on team development and performance.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
