About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Investment Operation Consultant/Senior Project Manager with expertise in CLO processing to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage projects related to CLO payment processing, leveraging experience in data management, corporate trust, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage CLO processing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Facilitate the management of a Kanban board and oversee sprint cycles within an Agile framework.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless payment processing and integration of data systems.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align project goals with business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee KYC/AML compliance activities, ensuring all processes meet regulatory standards.
- Maintain knowledge of custody and cash ledger processes, supporting operations where needed.
- Manage day-to-day project interfaces with stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Analyze and manage data integration requirements, ensuring data integrity and consistency across platforms.
- Proven experience with CDO Suite/Solvas and SWIFT.
- Strong understanding of CLO payment processing and corporate trust operations.
- Demonstrated Agile experience, particularly in managing Kanban boards and sprint cycles.
- Familiarity with KYC/AML regulations and practices.
- Experience in data management and integration processes.
- Knowledge of custody and cash ledger operations (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to interface effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Relevant project management experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
