About the Opportunity:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Analyst with a proven track record in delivering high-stakes analytics and strategic insights. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consulting, exceptional skills in sales planning and CRM modelling, and the ability to thrive in do-or-die situations. This role demands a strategic thinker who can turn complex data into actionable strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct economic and financial analyses to support decision-making processes.
  • Develop and implement robust analytical models to evaluate business performance, market trends, and economic conditions.
  • Provide expert consulting services to clients, offering strategic advice based on comprehensive data analysis.
  • Present complex data and insights in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and optimize sales strategies using advanced analytical techniques to forecast sales, identify trends, and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze customer relationship management (CRM) data to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and overall sales performance through data-driven strategies.
  • Translate economic and market trends into strategic business recommendations.
  • Identify key drivers of business performance and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Provide thought leadership on economic and market developments, both internally and to clients.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an economist/analyst role, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality analytics and insights in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong expertise in sales planning and CRM modelling.
  • Proficient in statistical software, data analysis tools, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
