About the Opportunity:

GSG is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. We deliver expertise talent for our business partners.  The Salesforce Business Analyst creates, grows and manages the team maintaining day-to-day operations of CRM/CLM technology, as well as evolving along with the changing needs of the businesses.  Resource will work with core business owners and users across the spectrum of the banks teams and be the liaison between technology teams (internal and vendor) and business during business hours.

Other major duties include managing data reporting and analysis projects, working with audit department and related requests, supporting continued development of the systems support team.  The position must have strong analysis, communication, and systems integration experience of 6 or more years in supporting applications and project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and having subject matter expertise in CRM tools and client onboarding workflows is key requirement.
  • Responsible for system stability for existing and currently deployed applications within CLM Technology Support environment.
  • This role requires understanding of Salesforce, nCino, lending, Skience and custodial platforms.
  • Must have the ability to interact with senior executive leadership and present thought leadership in clear and concise manner.
