About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the development and customization of our CRM system (Dynamics) and drive the rebuilding of digital tools to optimize our client portal and reporting functionalities. You will work closely with tech teams, manage sprint and backlog planning, and ensure alignment with business goals and client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the customization and development of CRM Dynamics, ensuring it meets business requirements and enhances user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define CRM requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Apply your knowledge of financial industry processes and regulations to inform project decisions and ensure compliance.
- Manage projects related to financial tools and systems, ensuring they align with industry standards.
- Work closely with tech teams to ensure successful project execution, from initial planning through to implementation.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee sprint planning sessions and manage backlogs to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively to address any potential roadblocks.
- Lead initiatives to rebuild and enhance digital tools, particularly focusing on improving functionality around SWP (Software Packaging).
- Ensure that digital tools are integrated seamlessly with CRM and other business systems.
- Oversee the development and optimization of the client portal to improve user experience and functionality.
- Ensure the portal meets client needs and integrates effectively with CRM systems.
- Develop and implement reporting tools to track project performance, CRM usage, and client interactions.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management within the financial industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics (including customization and development).
- Background in working with technical teams on software development and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of sprint planning and backlog management within Agile frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on rebuilding and optimizing digital tools.
- Proficiency in managing client portals and reporting systems to enhance client satisfaction and business operations.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
