About Our Firm:

Granite Solutions Groupe provides financial services decision makers with people and solutions that deliver. Our clients count on us to deliver the right talent at the right time to achieve critical business results. We leverage our industry knowledge and passion for client priorities to deliver human capital solutions.

GSG was founded in 1998 as a consulting firm delivering project management and technology solutions for the financial services industry. GSG now has a global presence, with team members deployed across the U.S. at Fortune 1000 companies and high-performing Fintech firms.

High-caliber consultants are the face of GSG at our client organizations and offices. We value the deep relationships we have with our consultants that enable us to place them in roles where their skills will have an immediate impact. The GSG consulting team is comprised of diverse, experienced, driven, and dynamic contributors who excel at getting things done.

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Fixed Income to join our dynamic team.

  • Experience within Fixed Income Technology, with a focus on user-facing involvement in product/project delivery, excluding network or infrastructure technology project management roles.
  • Preferably possess a skill set specific to investment management/wealth management, rather than just general financial services expertise (e.g., banking, insurance).
  • Ideally, prior experience working with an Order Management System (OMS) within an investment management/wealth management organization, either in OMS implementation or delivering new products/functionality within the OMS. Familiarity with CRD, Aladdin, or BB AIM is preferred, with CRD being highly desired.
  • Understanding of the trade life cycle within the context of the OMS, specifically in Fixed Income or Equity Portfolio Manager/Trader workflows, as opposed to support team contexts (e.g., Investment Risk, Investment Compliance).
  • Proficiency in the agile framework, potentially holding a Scrum Master certification, and ideally possessing a project management approach with a Scrum Master mindset.
  • Ability to engage with development and QA team members to facilitate product delivery.
  • Strong communication skill set; ability to engage business users; ability to create credibility quickly; demonstrate an ability to get into detail and speak at a higher level as required (e.g., with senior traders, business leadership).
  • Experience in vendor management/relationship management to support the delivery of functionality/new products for the OMS.
