About the Opportunity:

GSG is seeking a Project Audit Lead to join our dynamic team. We deliver expertise talent for our business partners. The Core Audit Lead will ensure coordinated management of all internal and external audits. A successful candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, timeline sensitive, have strong interpersonal skills and have excellent organization and communication skills.


  • Manage all audit, risk, legal and compliance processes as needed, coordinated with internal functions within the bank to ensure the program delivers within bank standards.
  • Monitor that projects comply with all governance standards as defined by the Enterprise Portfolio office; review quality of projects on a 2-week rotating basis and support issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with supporting functions such as ERM, Legal, Internal Audit.
  • Take a hands-on approach to problem solving, working collaboratively across projects and the program.


  • 3+ years of Project or Program Management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher degree.
  • 2+ years of banking experience.

Job Demands:

  • Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person.
