About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:

Lead the discovery phase to define the future direction of the platform’s customer experience.

Prioritize a broad backlog of known issues based on impact vs. effort (“biggest lift for the buck”).

Own the overhaul of the homepage front-end design, aligning it with modern design systems and components.

Redesign how data is presented and surfaced on the homepage.

Own the roadmap for insights and tools provided to consultants, including new data points and tools.

Partner with engineering and data teams to understand data architecture – where data lives, how it’s accessed, and how it’s manipulated.

Assess whether additional data engineering support is needed to support insight delivery.

Build prototypes and mockups to hand off to design teams.

Define deliverables and supporting documentation for execution.

Collaborate with US-based stakeholders, engineering, and data/platform teams to align on priorities and delivery.
Requirements:

Experience as a generalist Product Manager owning end-to-end customer experience (junior-to-mid level).

Strong prototyping/builder skills – comfortable creating prototypes/mockups for design teams.

Working knowledge of Figma (Figma+ a plus).

Experience with Jira for requirements management.

AI experience required; familiarity with Kiro (AI tool) is a plus.

Understanding of data plumbing/architecture concepts and ability to collaborate with engineering/data teams.

Strong discovery and prioritization skills; comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Familiarity with consumer-facing front-end experiences to support redesign initiatives.

Familiarity with backend data structures to surface data insights (not required to be technical, but should understand how it works well enough to define requirements for engineering).

Familiarity with tools such as Figma, JIRA, and AI tools like Kiro.

Data fluency to inform insights and recommendations.
