About the Opportunity:

GSG is seeking an experienced PMO Lead who will be working within our client’s Commercial Work Stream. This role is essential for driving the sales strategy and execution of a new platform, integrating multiple products into a comprehensive super tool. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle, exceptional sales strategy skills, and the ability to work closely with various teams including Finance, Procurement, Sales, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the new platform, ensuring its successful launch and market penetration.
  • Identify and prioritize clients for Alpha and Beta testing phases, ensuring strategic engagement and feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, Sales, and other stakeholders to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Lead the pricing strategy development for the platform, leveraging experience with pricing modules and forecasting.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team, guiding them through the product lifecycle from development to market launch.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive strategy for bundling products from multiple acquisitions into a cohesive offering.
  • Work directly with sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive revenue generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including risk management, HR, and more.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to leadership for strategic decisions.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
  • Experience in leading commercial work streams at a program or senior project level.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales strategies, pricing models, and product lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated success in taking multiple platforms to market, particularly in a bundled product approach.
  • Strong background in working with various internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Risk, and HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prescribe and advise on strategic initiatives.
  • Experience with KYC (Know Your Customer) is a plus.
  • Ability to move quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software.
