About the Opportunity:

GSG is seeking a Digital Product Channel Manager to join our dynamic team. We deliver expertise talent for our business partners. In this digital product/channel management role, work as part of a digital platform team to manage the integration and development of new online and mobile services for brokerage account clients in Wealth Management. Work closely with investment product managers to define and deliver services and enhancements, as well as with vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as business proponent and brokerage channel manager for new online and mobile product and/or feature developments.
  • Architect the integration of brokerage digital customer experience across the usbank.com online, tablet, smartphone platforms to ensure an optimal end-to-end experience including UI, back office/operations support, customer service, and marketing communications while ensuring compliance.
  • Develop drive business requirements and processes and work with cross-functional teams to implementation.
  • Support ad-hoc needs related to brokerage digital channel.

Requirements:

  • 7 years’ work experience in financial services, ideally with 5+ years in an online brokerage product management/product marketing role.
  • Ability to successfully partner with cross-functional teams made up of product management, user experience, business analysts, technology, operations, customer service, risk management, legal/compliance, and data teams.
  • Experience in agile, writing user stories, and working through development and deployment with a well-established process to deliver on project plans.
  • Knowledge of brokerage compliance/regulations.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a positive, action-oriented drive.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications.
  • Proven collaborator and team player as well as success working in highly matrixed environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree: MBA preferred.
