About the Opportunity:
GSG is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our team by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data within our client’s CRM system. The ideal consultant will have experience with account openings at financial firms and will play a critical role in re-papering client accounts, ensuring that specific client data is accurate and ready for migration to a new system.
Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile and update client and affiliated party contact information in the CRM.
  • Obtain Know Your Customer (KYC) data for each account.
  • Gather affiliation data from a compliance remediation project and recent accounts.
  • Cross-check and reconcile data with firm compliance affiliation spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with the Client Service Team to review and validate the accuracy of reconciled data.
  • Update records in client compliance as needed, including initiating new Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews if required.
  • Ensure all required fields are complete in the CRM system.
  • Format and prepare spreadsheets for upload into CRM and perform quality control (Q/C) after upload.
  • Complete missing data for legal entities in CRM using available templates and forms.
  • Transfer relevant data from compliance affiliation spreadsheets to CRM.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and input any additional missing information.
  • Ensure trade blotter data is complete and accurate in the CRM.
  • Obtain data from Broadridge and manually enter any missing information after adding required fields.
  • Adapt processes as necessary based on data quality from Broadridge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with account openings at a financial firm, including familiarity with client re-papering processes.
  • Financial services experience.
  • Proven experience in data entry roles, particularly in financial services.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with KYC, AML, and compliance-related data entry is a plus.
