About the Opportunity:
GSG is seeking an experienced Enterprise Change Manager to support a large-scale merger and integration initiative within the financial services industry. This role will partner with executive leadership, the Integration Management Office (IMO), and business stakeholders to establish and execute a comprehensive change management strategy that drives organizational readiness, adoption, and long-term success.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading enterprise change initiatives, particularly within complex mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale transformations. This individual will help define change management practices, build organizational change capabilities, establish change champion networks, and guide leaders and teams through significant business change.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic change management leadership and advisory support to executive sponsors, IMO leadership, and key business stakeholders throughout the integration.
- Develop and execute an enterprise change management strategy aligned with business objectives, including change impact assessments, readiness plans, adoption strategies, and risk mitigation activities.
- Establish change management frameworks, governance, processes, and best practices to support a complex enterprise transformation.
- Partner with communications, training, project management, and business teams to develop stakeholder engagement strategies and ensure effective change execution.
- Build and enable a change champion network across impacted business areas to support adoption, gather feedback, and sustain organizational alignment.
- Coach leaders and stakeholders on effective change sponsorship, communication, and engagement practices.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and feedback sessions to identify concerns and improve adoption.
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to measure change readiness, adoption, and overall effectiveness.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to leadership regarding change progress, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise change management, organizational transformation, or change leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading change management efforts for mergers, acquisitions, integrations, or large-scale enterprise transformations.
- Experience developing and executing enterprise change strategies, including stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, adoption plans, and communication strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to establish change management frameworks and practices within complex organizations.
- Experience partnering with executive leadership, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong facilitation, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Financial services, banking, or regulated industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- Change management certification (Prosci, ADKAR, ACMP, or equivalent) preferred.
