About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will oversee the development and customization of our CRM system (Dynamics) and drive the rebuilding of digital tools to optimize our client portal and reporting functionalities. You will work closely with tech teams, manage sprint and backlog planning, and ensure alignment with business goals and client needs.
                                                                                                                                                  
Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business requirements for CRM Dynamics, focusing on building and customizing the system to align with business goals.
  • Work with stakeholders to define CRM specifications and ensure successful implementation.
  • Apply your knowledge of the financial industry to inform system designs and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with financial experts to integrate industry-specific features and functionalities into CRM and other digital tools.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into technical specifications.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration to address challenges and drive project success.
  • Participate in sprint planning sessions and manage the backlog to prioritize tasks and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for sprint cycles and backlog items.
  • Lead initiatives to rebuild and optimize digital tools, particularly focusing on integrating SWP (Software Packaging) solutions.
  • Ensure digital tools and systems are effectively aligned with business needs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze and define requirements for enhancing the client portal, ensuring it provides a seamless and user-friendly experience.
  • Work with developers to implement features that improve client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools to track CRM performance, project progress, and client interactions.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial industry.
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM Dynamics, including system building, customization, and implementation.
  • Background in working with technical teams on software development projects and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience with sprint planning and backlog management in Agile environments.
  • Proficiency in rebuilding digital tools and systems to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
