About the Opportunity:

GSG is seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. We deliver expertise talent for our business partners.:

Responsibilities:

  • Create and track detailed Test Cases and related business processes.
  • Document detailed manual and system business processes.
  • Work with business SMEs to capture business processes conveyed verbally and turn the information into documentation.
  • Performance Reporting system – front end and back-up, data management, etc.
  • Identify deficiencies in business processes and/or test scripts and correcting them.
  • Work effectively in a cross-team environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis experience required.
  • Experience in Banking recommended.
  • Financial services / Trust system accounting background.
  • Strong Excel expertise.
  • Self-starter who can proactively collect and track testing and business process details.
  • Experience with ALM would be helpful.
  • Experience with sleeve Performance Reporting would be helpful.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Demonstrated people management/interpersonal skills.
  • Hands on experience with testing in a Performance Reporting application (First Rate or PSWP would be ideal).
  • Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
